New 1.5 storey house with garage and wastewater facilities

Priyanka Nilkam and James Mohan want to build a 1.5 storey detached house at Mullaghanee, Castleblayney, along with a garage, treatment plant, and percolation area for wastewater. It's a new residential development on the site with all the associated groundworks needed.
