New poultry house and manure store with ancillary farm buildings

Derek Niblock is proposing to build a poultry house and manure store at Aghnaclea, Ballybay, along with associated structures like a meal storage bin and soiled water tank. The development also includes upgrading the site entrance. This is a new application currently being considered by Monaghan County Council.
