Store demolished, home extended and renovated with new facilities

Karen McKenna has been given the go-ahead to knock down a store building and give her single-storey home at Rosefield in Ballinode a major upgrade. The work includes extending the house, adding a covered outdoor space, moving the front door, installing a new wastewater treatment system, and realigning the access lane. The decision came through with conditions attached.
