Cattle farm buildings and storage facilities refused at Tyholland

Patrick Hughes applied to keep an existing cattle shed and silo pit on his farm at Lappan/Lisconduff in Tyholland, and build new farm buildings including a cattle house with slatted tank, machinery shed, feed store and handling yard. The council refused permission in May 2026 despite receiving detailed structural plans and a water protection plan.
