Old farmhouse demolished and replaced with new two-storey home, garage, and outbuildings

Pauline McKenna has been given the go-ahead to knock down an existing two-storey house and replace it with a new two-storey home, plus a carport and attached garage. She's also rebuilding a single-storey outbuilding for agricultural use, installing a new wastewater treatment system, and creating a new driveway with gates and landscaping.
