House extension, garage and elevational changes at Raferagh, Shercock

Micheal Carroll and Annette Clarke want to extend their house at Raferagh, Shercock by adding a rear and side extension, plus a domestic garage. They're also making changes to the front of the house and adjusting the site boundaries.
