Poultry farm expanding to hold more birds than originally approved

Nigel Lowey is seeking permission to increase the number of birds allowed on his poultry farm at Avalreagh, Clontibret, building on an earlier approval that's currently under construction. The expansion will include additional farm structures and facilities to support the larger flock. Because of the size of the operation, it'll need a licence from the Environmental Protection Agency.
