Retail shop enlarged, two apartments created upstairs in protected buildings

Kieran Brian Brady wants to knock two adjoining shops on Dublin Street into one bigger retail unit on the ground floor, then convert the empty floors above into two one-bedroom apartments. The buildings are protected structures, so the work will need careful handling.
