House extension and roof reconfiguration to add upstairs rooms

Aoife Finlay has been given the green light to extend and upgrade her home in Derrynagrew. The work includes a 90 square metre extension to the back, plus major changes to the roof to add two bedrooms, a bathroom and a playroom upstairs. There'll also be a new staircase, better insulation and thermal upgrades throughout.
