Retention of dwelling and garage, plus minor elevation alterations and new windows

Jason Rooney has been granted permission to keep a dwelling and detached garage that were built at Carsan, Dartrey, Cootehill. The decision also allows for some minor changes to the building, including adjustments to windows, new roof lights, and associated alterations.
