One and a half storey house with garage, well, septic tank and road entrance

Ellen Casey has applied to Meath County Council to build a one and a half storey dwelling at Rathstephen, Moynalty, Kells. The development will also include a domestic garage, a well, a septic tank and percolation area designed to EPA recommendations, and a new entrance to the public road. The application is currently at pre-validation stage and no decision has yet been made.
