Retention of completed dwelling house and site works in Killala

Darragh Fiachra Mcgarry has been granted permission to keep a dwelling house that's already been built at Greenpark House on George Street in Killala, along with the site works around it. The council approved this retention application, which essentially means they're regularising a house that was constructed without prior planning permission.
