Existing house and garage extensions approved, plus two fire-escape windows added

Kevin Burke has been granted permission to keep an existing extension to his house and garage at Farmhill in Claremorris, and to add two new fire-escape windows on the first floor. The council approved this as a retention application, meaning the work was largely already done and he was seeking retrospective permission.
