Change to house design from original 2021 planning approval

Emer Reilly wants to change the type of house being built at Rooghaun in Ballyglass, Claremorris, compared to what was approved back in 2021. The change relates to the design or style of the dwelling and associated site works. The application was granted with conditions in April 2026, but it's now been appealed on financial grounds.
