Retention of house with changed design and relocated position from original approval

Michael Kilcoyne is seeking permission to keep a house at Crosswallace East, Binghamstown that was built differently from the original plan approved back in 2009. The dwelling has been moved to a new location on the same site and its exterior has been altered compared to what was originally agreed.
