Refused: new one-and-a-half storey house on old cottage foundations plus garage completion

Szilard Levelesi wanted to build a one-and-a-half storey house in Ballinalee on the foundations of a recently demolished cottage, along with finishing a renovated garage and connecting to a new sewage treatment system. Longford County Council refused the application on 27 April 2026.
