House extension and renovation with new wastewater treatment system

Eric Ann Marie Lonergan has been given the go-ahead to extend and renovate a single-storey house at Aghakine, Aughnacliffe. The work includes adding an extension, making internal and external alterations, creating a new entrance, and installing new boundary walls and fencing. A new wastewater treatment system will replace the existing septic tank.
