Two-storey house demolished, replaced with single-storey dwelling

Grainne Kilbride is planning to knock down a two-storey house at Smear, Aughnacliffe and replace it with a new single-storey home. The new house will have its own sewerage treatment system with a polishing filter, plus a new entrance and boundary fence.
