Two-storey rear extension with cold storage and residential space at butcher's shop

Monaghan's Craft Butchers on Killashee Street is planning to knock down a single-storey storage building at the back and replace it with a two-storey extension. The ground floor will have extra cold storage and toilet facilities, while the first floor will be living accommodation.
