Two-storey rear extension with cold storage and living space at butcher shop

Monaghan's Craft Butchers on Killashee Street is planning to knock down a single-storey storage building at the back and replace it with a two-storey extension. The ground floor will have additional cold storage space for the butchers, while the first floor will include living accommodation. All the site works are included in the proposal.
