Retention of guest accommodation building for short-term rental use

Glynn and Sarah Church have applied to retain ancillary guest accommodation for short-term rental at Laurel House, Largydonnell, Kinlough. The structure has already been built to the rear of the existing dwelling and measures 43.07 square metres. The site covers 0.57 hectares and the application is currently a new submission awaiting council decision.
