Keeping a built guest accommodation unit for short-term holiday lets

Sarah Church is seeking permission to keep a guest accommodation unit that's already been built at the back of Laurel House in Kinlough. It's intended for short-term holiday rentals. The council is now reviewing whether this after-the-fact retention should be approved.
