New detached garage approved for residential property

Thomas and Shona McManus have been given the go-ahead to build a single-storey detached garage at their home in Drumshanbo. The garage will be attached to their existing house, and they're also allowed to keep a concrete base that's already on the site. The approval came through in April 2026.
