Renovation and extension of derelict dwelling with new wastewater system

Ruaridh Allen has been given the go-ahead to renovate a derelict house at Spring Garden in Tynagh and add a single-storey extension to the front. The project also includes a new treatment unit for wastewater, a percolation area, and upgrades to the access road.
