House extension to rear and north, entrance relocation, new treatment system

Brian Keary is proposing to extend his house at Cloonmweelaun, Menlough by adding space to the rear on both ground and first floors. He also plans to knock down and rebuild the north-facing gable wall to make more room, move the entrance to the west side, and install a new wastewater treatment system.
