Renovation and extension of derelict house with new rooms and detached shed

Jodie Grover wanted to rescue a derelict house at Trean, Cleggan by renovating and extending it with new kitchen, living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms, plus a separate shed. Galway County Council refused the application in May 2026.
