Phase 2 of residential community development in Claregalway moves forward

Peter Burns has been granted permission to proceed with Phase 2 of a development in Claregalway that was originally approved back in 2017. Phase 1, which included a residential community house and day care facility, is already completed. The new phase will follow the same site layout and services that were already approved, with the infrastructure remaining unchanged.
