Roof replacement and modification on house and workshop with new coverings

Joan Kerr and Oliver Chapman have been granted permission to overhaul the roof of their workshop in Letterkenny. The low-pitched roof will be replaced with a dual-pitched one, and both the workshop and house roofs will get new coverings. Some window and door openings will also be modified as part of the work.
