2-bedroom house becomes seasonal language student accommodation and visitor rooms

Beulah Croker and Martin Osborne want to convert their 2-bedroom house in Letterkenny into short-term accommodation for Irish language students and visitors. The building itself won't change—no new extensions or alterations—and the existing wastewater system will stay as it is.
