Old storey-and-a-half house demolished, new single-storey home built in its place

John Eileen Walsh has been given the green light to knock down a storey-and-a-half house in Rathdonnel, Letterkenny and replace it with a new single-storey home. The existing house is being demolished because it has defective concrete blocks. The new build will use the same site services and utilities that are already there.
