Old house demolished, new two-storey replacement built with updated design

Fergal Elaine Coll wants to knock down a defective two-storey terrace house at Cruach na Cille in Ballyraine and replace it with a new two-storey dwelling. The new house will have a different design and will connect to existing water, electricity and sewerage services in the area.
