Side extension added to vacant building, converted to residential apartments

Coláiste Ghaoth Dobhair is planning to add a side extension to a vacant commercial building in Derrybeg and convert it into residential apartments. The new apartments will be created under exempted development rules, meaning they won't need separate planning permission for the conversion itself.
