Granny flat unit with septic tank and solar panels approved at family home

Cathal Armstrong is seeking to keep a granny flat unit that's already been built next to his family home in Annagry, along with a septic tank, drainage system and garden solar panels. The application is for retention permission, meaning the structures are already there and he's asking the council to formally approve them after the fact.
