Wayne Kennedy denies murdering David Spain outside his house at Rathsallagh Park, Shankill, Dublin, in the early hours of St Stephen’s Day 2013.

He has also pleaded not guilty to stabbing professional boxer Sean Turner during what the prosecution claims was a fight over a €50 debt. The proceedings were reported on 27 July 2015.
