Wayne Dundon was before the Special Criminal Court on a murder charge, in a judgment delivered on 15 July 2014.

The judgment records that Roy Collins was shot at the Coin Castle in Limerick on 9 April 2009 and later died in hospital. Dundon was alleged to have directed the killing, while Nathan Killeen was alleged to have driven the vehicle used to bring and remove the gunman. The court said the issue was whether the accused were guilty of complicity in murder.
