USIT companies confirmed in liquidation by High Court

Dublin USIT Ireland Ltd, School and Group Tours Ltd and Dublin College of Business Studies Ltd were confirmed in liquidation by the High Court, reported on 27 April 2020. Kieran Wallace and Andrew O’Leary of KPMG were confirmed as liquidators, after previously serving provisionally.

The companies said their businesses had collapsed after the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting travel restrictions. The court also directed the companies’ directors to file statements of affairs. An application concerning related holding company The Kinlay Group Ltd was adjourned to allow lawyers to rectify part of the winding-up application.
