Unnamed teenager’s five-year oral rape sentence remains suspended

The unnamed teenager pleaded guilty to oral rape in Waterford in 2018, when he was 16.

The Central Criminal Court suspended his five-year sentence in full for three years and adjourned the matter to January 31.
