A man who cannot be identified for legal reasons was remanded on continuing bail over 50 sexual offences at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 5 June 2015.

The charges include 40 child-exploitation counts, three alleged sexual assaults and seven alleged defilement offences involving children under 17. The alleged offending occurred in Dublin and Donegal between 2007 and 2011. The trial was due to begin on 13 July 2015 and was expected to last two weeks.
