Trevor Byrne had the suspended part of his eight-year sentence for attempted robbery revoked at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 13 April 2015. He had pleaded guilty to attempting to rob Noemie Krey at Leo Street, Dublin 7, on 15 September 2009.

Judge Patricia Ryan revoked the final two years, after Byrne said he wanted to return to prison and did not contest the Probation Service application. The court gave him credit for six months already spent in prison.
