Three former members of the armed forces have received fully suspended sentences after pleading guilty to assault causing harm and violent disorder outside The Living Room bar on February 25, 2024. Jordan Kavanagh and Jason Keating were each sentenced to four years, suspended in full for five years; Jerome Kavanagh received two years and eight months, suspended for three years.

The court also ordered each man to pay the victim €6,666. The victim suffered a concussion, broken teeth and facial scarring.
