Suzanne Maguire gets fully suspended sentence for attempted insurance fraud

Suzanne Maguire, 37, received a three-year sentence, suspended in full, at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for attempting to induce Axa Insurance to pay a false claim.

The offence concerned an alleged collision in Glasnevin on 22 September 2017; the court ordered two years of Probation Service supervision (October 2021 record).
