Stephen Byrne gives inquest evidence about possible fire risk

Electrician Stephen Byrne gave evidence at the Stardust inquest about a neon sign he saw dimming and flickering at the Silver Swan on 13 February 1981.

He said he believed an electrical fault in the sign could cause a fire.
