Simon Cross wins permission for High Court planning challenge

Simon Cross sought to quash An Bord Pleanála’s permission for 28 homes at Newtown, Rathangan, citing planning and traffic concerns.

The High Court granted permission for the challenge on 9 October 2023 and adjourned it to November.
