Shane Susa receives suspended sentence for assault causing harm

Shane Susa, 19, of Ballinteer, received a three-and-a-half-year sentence, suspended in full, at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

He pleaded guilty to assault causing harm on 6 July 2023; the court ordered him to pay €4,000 to the injured party.
