Sebastian Charzynski received a fully suspended four-year sentence for cannabis possession and cultivation at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, reported on 20 October 2015. Gardaí traced the smell from Dublin’s Aungier Street to his apartment, where 96 cannabis plants were found.

The cannabis was valued at €77,600. Judge Martin Nolan said there was no evidence it was prepared for distribution or that Charzynski was profiting from drug dealing. The sentence was suspended in full on strict conditions.
