Sean Kemp was sentenced to three years and nine months, with the final nine months suspended on strict conditions, for robbery and possession of an imitation firearm at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 18 December 2023.

Kemp pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of an imitation firearm after taking €315 from an Applegreen petrol station in Inchicore on 1 October 2020.

Judge Orla Crowe set a five-year headline sentence before reducing it for mitigating circumstances, noting Kemp’s rehabilitation and drug-related offending.

The proceedings were reported on 18 December 2023.
