Seaconview DAC won summary judgment against Chevas Securities Limited in the High Court on 11 July 2018 over €9.8m in unpaid borrowings.

Mr Justice Twomey also granted an interlocutory injunction preventing Chevas, James Fagan and Conor Fagan from interfering with the receiver’s access to two Kimmage apartment blocks or approaching tenants unlawfully about rent payments.

The judgment records that Anne O’Dwyer had been appointed receiver over secured assets and that the loans had originally been advanced by Ulster Bank before being acquired by Seaconview.
