People occupying a Roscommon farm were warned of possible imprisonment for contempt of court at the High Court on 30 October 2020.
The warning concerned a property at Falsk, Strokestown, where KBC Bank was seeking possession under a repossession order. The court was told that retired garda Kevin Taylor and potentially others remained on the farm after the McGann siblings stayed away.
Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds said she was prepared to hear an application to jail anyone who remained on the property. However, she said there would be no need to hear an application to jail people in breach of the order if the property was vacated by 6pm on Sunday, 1 November 2020.
