Devine and Kelly win appeals against burglary and assault sentences

Robert Devine, 44, and Lee Kelly, 21, appealed sentences for burglary and assault at the Court of Appeal.

The court substituted sentences of 12 years for Devine, with the final two suspended, and seven years and six months for Kelly, with the final year suspended.

The case was recorded in April 2021.
