Robert Cruise jailed for firearm and ammunition offences

Robert Cruise, 34, of Kilmore, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to being in control of a semi-automatic pistol and possessing six rounds of ammunition.

He received eight years in prison, with the final two years suspended.
